Current treatment protocols are often unsuccessful in addressing the challenges posed by triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer (HER-2 negative MBC). Whether bevacizumab, a novel anti-VEGF drug, is safe in these high-risk breast cancers remains an open question. This meta-analysis investigated the safety of Bevacizumab in patients with TNBC and HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer, utilizing a systematic approach. This study utilized 18 randomized controlled trials, comprising 12,664 female patients.
